The objective is to learn what a customer uses for his property administraton field, in what condition his existing data are, etc. In the course of analysis it is also necessary to determine the range of mounting of our SW and define the required layouts. In result, there is a solution draft for customer according to his requirements.

The particular roles and settings are defined and their functionality is tested.
Comprises preparation of subparts, modules and functions for fast installation of the whole application on the server / servers and client stations.
Comprises the application installation at customer´s place.
Adjustment of product to customer´s requirements according to his wishes and needs, then settings of configuration and particular parameters.
The service comprises product supply in required mutation (Slovak, English, German, …) and adjustment of application to legislative and customs of the user´s mother country.
Comprises batch transfer of customer´s data to FaMa from preprepaired import tables (MS Excel preferably) and other databases of previous user´s systems. Within this service the migration is defined (which data will be transferred), implemented and its control is performed.
Application may be connected to other IS - economic, graphic, CRM, manager ones, etc, data may be shared with other applications. The full integration with Microsoft group products, in particular during interrelated documentation linking, is a matter of course.
The service comprises the basic user acquaintance with system and its functionality. Within training of the key users it may be training of administrators, operators and also detailed training of particular mounted modules.
Comprises the other services above the scope of the above mentionned ones.
The content of the service is the creation of system application functions (user control of application) and a manual to functions of particular installed modules. Then, it is creation of documentation for administrators, i.e. how to configurate and suit application to changing conditions in organization.
Comprises hot-line services and free consultations for users testing the system, with objective of final system tuning in own organization conditions.
