We are ready to resolve emergencies and problems immediately. We provide support whenever it is necessary to find and eliminate the consequences of customer errors.

 

Repairs of damaged data bases

In case that data files are damaged, our employees are ready to repair them.
 

Guarantee and post-guarantee repairs

Our contracts specify the extent of guarantee and post-guarantee repairs of our products individually.

 

Guaranteed possibility of further SW product development

We guarantee further product development whenever a customer requires it.
 

Maintaining full compatibility of installed SW products with new versions of operating systems, database systems, hardware components, etc.

Full compatibility is ensured in accordance with the program documentation, so that program functionality is not jeopardised.
 

Consulting days at the client's place of business

In the context of overall support, we provide regular consulting services at your place of business in the range specified by the contract. Consulting sessions are used for coordinated management and administration of a joint project.
 

Training

Training sessions are planned individually in accordance with the client's requirements and they take place in our training centre or directly at the client's place of business. |Training sessions are led by our qualified workers who are always well acquainted with the client's case.
