Comprehensive Solutions for Monitoring of Structural Funds
TESCO SW has a special department focusing on development and deliveries of application SW and comprehensive services for the state sector, the institutions of which include e.g. Ministry for Regional Development, Centre for Regional Development, Regional Development Agencies, The Office for Personal Data Protection and others. MSSF - Monitoring System of Structural Funds
Monitoring systems of structural funds is a group of integrated and compatible solutions supporting administration of projects co-funded from the state budget and EU funds. Particular solutions consisting of MSSF-CENTRAL, MSSF-MONIT7+ and MSSF BENEFIT7 / ELZA differ in their targeting (MSSF-CENTRAL is used on the central level by managing authorities of operational programmes, MSSF-MONIT7+ is used on the execution level by intermediate bodies and MSSF BENEFIT7 / ELZA is used by the applicants), and thereby in their functionality.
MSSF - CENTRAL
MSSF-CENTRAL is a main SW tool of a managing authority of an operational programme and is used on the ministry level (Ministry for Regional Development, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Transport). MSSF-CENTRAL supports processes of physical and financial monitoring of operational programmes (incl. programme objectives, priority axis, operational programmes, priorities, measures, submeasures, financial plans and summaries). Besides it allows work with the national development plan, administration of indicators and provides summarized data on preparation and implementation of the operational programme and total EU funding in the Czech Republic.
MSSF - MONIT7+
MSSF-MONIT7+ is a SW tool for intermediate bodies which supports project preparation and implementation processes such as evaluation of applications, project physical and financial monitoring, reporting to superior bodies etc.
MSSF - BENEFIT7 / ELZA
MSSF – BENEFIT7 / ELZA is a SW tool for those who apply for funds. MSSF-BENEFIT7 / ELZA facilitates work of intermediate bodies as the applications submitted with the help of this tool are correct and included all necessary data and documentation. The tool is also used for further communication between the applicant and IB during project implementation (payment requests, reporting, …).
The Other Special IT solutions for State Sectors
The portfolio of TESCO's products in this field covers also IRIS - an integrated regional information system; a specialized decision-support system called NEFRIT and a document, contact and event management system MOUTLOOK. The portfolio of products includes a range of other, smaller in scope, applications developed as custom-tailored e.g. for The Office for Personal Data Protection such as Registry of People, Electronic Registry or Discussion Panel.
IRIS - Integrated Regional Information System
IRIS supports gathering and preparing data, presenting such data on the internet, and creating outputs and analysis based on the data. The system consists of an analytical module for data gathering, importing, editing and analysing, then of a map server which is used for graphical presentation of data in the IRIS database and of a presentation level allowing for presenting such data on the internet.
